Enforcement Procedure
If, after submitting a request for accessible information or a complaint, it is rejected, you disagree with the decision, or the response does not meet the requirements under Article 12.5, you may file a formal complaint.
A complaint can also be submitted if no response is received within twenty working days.
Complaints may be submitted through the General Instance form available at the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, or via the other means established in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Complaints will be handled by the Sub-Directorate General for Service Inspection of the Ministry.
